Before you start working on the driver, try turning off your printer for 5 seconds and restarting your computer. Also check your connections, wireless or wired, to ensure that the problem is not there. If your connections are intact, we recommend the following steps.
1. Uninstall your printer by clicking on Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners, select the printer in question and then click on Remove Device.
2. Now reinstall your printer by clicking Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners > Add a Printer or Scanner. Wait for the printer you want to pop up and then select Add Device.
3. Now install the latest driver for your printer. Go to your printer’s support website, and search for your model’s most recent driver, then follow the installation instructions.
