Troubleshooting: Printer Queue Error

The problem with an overloaded queue is that if you do not clear it correctly, you can end up just backing it up further.  Here are our suggestions:

1. Save your work
2. Turn your printer off and disconnect the plug to protect the printer from mechanical damage and yourself from injury
3. On your computer, in the search bar search for Services > right-click on Print Spooler > Click on Stop.
4. Then open C:\Windows\System32. Double click on Spool and open
5. Delete all files from the queue and restart your computer
6. Plug in your printer and turn it on
